Step Into Gratitude, Step into Health

Feeling down, feeling pain, feeling sick? Walk your way back to health. Look around, look within, give thanks, give love and feel strength.   

1.) Start walking. As you take steps, breath in: Light, Beauty and Peace . . . breath out negativity. (Breath in slowly through your nose, breath out through your mouth.) 
2.) Give Thanks for something.
3.) Feel Love
4.) REPEAT
